Terms of Service

1. Services

SQR DIG provides digital Shopify store creation services. All deliverables are digital and delivered through email or shared access to your Shopify account.

2. Orders & Communication

After purchase, we contact you within 24 hours to confirm scope and request what we need (products, brand assets, Shopify access). The delivery timeline starts once we have everything required.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate product information, brand assets, and an active Shopify subscription. Delays in providing these will extend the delivery timeline.

4. Revisions

Each package includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions may be quoted separately. Premium includes 7 days of post-launch support.

5. Ownership

Once final payment is received, you own all the work delivered. The Shopify store is set up under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

SQR DIG is not responsible for third-party services (Shopify, payment processors, apps) or for revenue outcomes from the store.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version is always posted on this page.
